Great time and very accommodating!

Perfect Montauk property! Everything as listed / photographed (if not better) , great living areas (inside and out) , amazing pool, host was super helpful. Location spot on (walkable to town under 30 mins, beach 5 mins). Will stay again!

Carter was a great host—always available to help with anything we needed. The house is very comfortable, and you can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes—or drive there in just a minute using the included beach parking pass, which is fantastic. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome, and the barbecue plus outdoor furniture made our outdoor time perfect. The enclosed yard is great for dogs. We’d definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Carter was an amazing host! He greeted us upon arrival (since we were about an hour early to check-in) and gave us a lovely tour of the house. Everything was extremely clean. We also were very close to the town, so it only took 5 or so minutes to grab a bite to eat or go out for drinks. All of the beds were very comfortable and we all had great nights of sleep. We really appreciated the homey feel of the space and enjoyed discovering little treasures along the way. The kitchen was fully stocked with plate ware/dinner ware, which was a great bonus. I would absolutely love to come back!
