Amazing stay for a family ski trip!! Host was helpful before hand with grocery delivery info. House was perfect for two families with kids, tons of space, game room, hot tub, we had everything we needed. A quick drive (less than 5 minutes) gets you right to Holiday Valley main lodge! The house even has lockers and storage for skis and boots to keep them out of the way. Would stay again 100%!

Nice home. Enjoyed the area with Ellicottville so close. The outdoor deck with fire pit, lots of seating for everyone, well stocked kitchen made our stay nice. We would definitely rent again. Excellent communication with host.

Great spot. Off the beaten path but still close enough to everything that it made our trip awesome
