Host responded quickly and clearly and all guest responsibilities were fair and well communicated. Room is small but well furnished and cozy. All appliances and utilities worked excellently. Host also provides silverware, dishes, detergent, etc which is a nice touch. Only thing to note is that the AC is a wall unit so room can feel a bit muggy when first walking in after a long time out.

Check in process and communication with host a d cleanliness was excellent. Room is quite small but the price reflects that. Overall a great value

Room was clean and tidy. A/C kept room cool, but room stayed humid.

Great neighborhood. Very clean room. Feel that photos give an unrealistic size of room. I am only 5’ tall 106 lbs. I like to exercise but room is so small, only room to walk in door and follow a path around bed to kitchen/bath. Mini frig hardly fit anything of size especially if staying more then 2 days.
