Welcome to your private 1 bed right in the heart of Denver!
Enjoy your stay on the top floor of a historic building, right in one of Denver most happening downtown areas, Uptown.
The newly upgraded and thoughtfully designed apartment is a great place to explore and get to know what Denver has to offer.
You will love the convenience it has to offer with walking distance to anywhere in the downtown region, and steps away from dining and nightlife!

Looking forward to your stay!

Details to note:

Please note I generally accept bookings that start at the beginning of the month and end at the end of the month.

Since the space is a long term rental, it does NOT come fully stocked (all cooking supplies, linens, cleaning supplies, etc), but it is completely furnished.
(To give you an idea of what may be included as a courtesy: plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, but feel free to bring your own)

The plants in the photos are also not included (or else they wouldn't survive).

The parking available is free street parking, and a private paid lot next door you can look into if interested. You may also apply for a city permit to park your car wherever on the street.

Laundry is free in the building, not in the unit.

TV does not have cable, you can hook up your own laptop or preferred system.
