Thuan was such a great host - he made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. He was great at communication and replying to all of our needs. The house was huge and very comfortable as well. If you are going with a group, it’s a good chance to play volleyball outside - overall its a great place. Highly highly recommend! Thank you!

The house was great and the host was super accommodating!

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. Everyone commented on how big the place was and it was very clean! The group loved the massage chairs! Even though we didn’t spend much time at the lake area, we found lots of other things to do in the house including pink pong, volleyball, and a fire pit! The place is very clearly a “new build” so there are some new construction quirks, but we enjoyed it. The kitchen was well stocked with basic items as well! This should not be a surprise to anyone since youre in a wooded lake area but expect some ants and bees around. We found the host to be very friendly and responsive. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway close to DC with a large group. Thanks for having us!

I'll start with the big negatives:1. The hot tub was out of commission and we were not told this. The listing advertises the hot tub, yet upon arrival it was uncovered and filled with about 6 inches of swamp water.2. The grills were out of commission. Again, these were advertised as amenities so extremely disappointing to not have them when we planned on using them.3. The AC was off upon arrival. The temperature inside was 90 degrees. Given how large the house is, it took about 6 hours to cool off.4. The grass was not mowed upon arrival. Someone came by and cut the grass when we were already there which was an inconvenience since we were already hanging out back. This should have been done before hand.Otherwise, the place was spacious and check-in/check-out was an easy process. It just needs more TLC and attention to detail.
