We have been taking Father’s Day trips for 10 years as a family and I can confidently say that the Lawncougar was top three houses we have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, our children were entertained with all of the extra amenities, and the house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. I only had one question during our stay and the host was immediate in his response and took care of it instantly! It’s also extremely refreshing to not have a two page list of check out duties like some other properties we stayed in. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and spent every evening downstairs enjoying the outdoor games and patio area. Having a restroom downstairs and the outdoor shower (with HOT water!) was extremely convenient for my 73 year old FIL and two children. I couldn’t have asked for a better long weekend for my family and we will definitely book again!

Great place to stay! Comfort all the amenities and a cute patio area!

We enjoyed our mini get away for Spring Break! The house is everything as advertised and more!! The host provides so much for your stay and comfort so you dont have to worry about much when you arrive, other than relaxing. The communication was great as well. He reached out agter we arrived to make sure everything was good and I feel that if anything was needed he would have been quick with that as well. The decor is classic beach but not tacky at all. It was classy and I took several pictures of things I really liked and want to buy myself. The outdoor games are a nice touch and we spent some time on several evenings, playong darts, trying to hook the washer on the hook, throwing rings on numbers, erc.Do not pass up this rental if you are looking for a place to stay and its available. You wont be disappointed at all! We are already talking about our next long weekend and booking it again if its available.

Check-in was easy. Place was very nice with golf cart rental to the left and super easy access to the beach to the right!
