We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and everything was in excellent working order. We appreciated the coffee pods that were provided and the clear communication from the host. The view from the balcony is excellent. We love New Smyrna and have been vacationing here for over 30 years. All the amenities (pool, covered parking, and pickleball courts) were a bonus! Thanks so much for a memorable stay!

Oceanfront view was wonderful. Great heated pool. Great beach access. Host was great. Prompt attention to issue we encountered.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

Location is great in NSB - on the beach. Nice pool but was not heated first week in May therefore the pool temperature was too cold. Hardly anyone used it during the week we stayed. Ocean was warmer. The unit is dated and needs a refresh/update. Good for family with small kids. King size bed for parents and 4 single (double bunk beds) for the kids. Parking not the best, some spots better than other. They have a parking garage but with construction on-site not a convenient place to park.
