At the top of the Porto Frailis hill, overlooking San Gemiliano Bay, we offer a brand-new townhouse for your vacation. The home is spread over two above-ground levels. On the first level, you’ll find a living area and kitchen elegantly furnished with state-of-the-art furniture and accessories, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower. The living room opens onto a covered veranda where you can comfortably enjoy the view while relaxing in the armchairs or on the sofa. Adjacent to the veranda is a courtyard equipped with a barbecue, sink, and shower—a spacious area for outdoor dining or sunbathing.
On the other level are the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, equipped with every comfort—including a smart TV—and each offering direct access to the home’s courtyard.
Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning.
Cameras are installed exclusively in the outdoor areas of the house: one covers the front garden and one covers the back courtyard. The cameras are installed to ensure the security of the property and its guests and are not installed inside the accommodation.
A maximum daily electricity consumption allowance of 15 kWh is provided free of charge to the tenant; any usage exceeding this limit will incur a charge of €0.60 per kWh of excess usage, which will be billed to the tenant.
A security deposit of €500 is required, which will be refunded after checkout once the condition of the unit has been verified. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the unit; given the presence of leather and wood furnishings, the entire security deposit will be forfeited in the event of non-compliance.
A €50 penalty will be charged if waste is not properly sorted according to municipal regulations. This amount goes to the cleaning company, which handles waste separation, thereby avoiding potential municipal fines of up to €400. Inside the house, you will find detailed instructions in 5 languages to help you avoid mistakes; furthermore, our staff is available to answer any questions you may have.
