Metropolitan Old Town Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

The breakfast was wonderful. If you get a good room you are lucky. Initially we were given a very dated room that was extremely small. Not as represented on your site! See photos attached!

When we booked a standard room I expected it would be as represented in booking.com. It was not!!! It was so small you couldn’t walk around the bed and there were steps leading to a small bathroom. I spoke to management at hotel and they couldn’t move us as they were fully booked. The next day we were moved to another room that seemed better until I opened the drapes and there was a white building within reaching distance and no view as shown in booking.com. I again had to go to management and they finally gave us an acceptable room as was pictured when I booked thru your site.

Metropolitan Old Town Hotel was a totally perfect stay. Communication in advance, i.e. for parking reservation, was quick and solution/customer oriented. The check-in/out process was quick and easy AND super friendly. The hotel provides n excellent breakfast and restaurant and even a rooftop bar with a wonderful view over old Prague. Luggage storing at check-out day was an extra plus. Metropolitan Old Town Hotel is a 100% recommendation.

everything was perfect.

Obsługa hotelu pomocna, kompetentna i miła. Mimo zameldowania od godziny 14 auto można było dużo szybciej zostawić na parkingu. Otrzymaliśmy kartę zniżkowa na niektóre atrakcje w Pradze. Poza tym, super lokalizacja i pyszne śniadania

The property is clean, the location is good and parking is a plus.

It was unbearably hot.
