The home was immediately inviting. It was super spacious and every room had a tv so keeping track of the controls with five kids was a game in itself. The pool was perfect size and the hosts had small details that made it feel like home: they had keurig cups with coffee, black tea, chai latte (which I almost single handedly finished), and hot chocolate for the kids. They had razors and pads in every bathroom for men and women. They had plenty of towels, utensils to make you feel at home and the rooms were super accommodating…a little too much to the point you almost don’t want to leave the home. The pool was perfect for kids too, 5 feet at the deepest. If I could have asked for anything, it would be a food scale and maybe a camera close to the drive way? I think people may know it’s a rental and extra security wouldn’t hurt. The home is in a calm and quiet neighborhood but definitely lock your car because we had someone randomly pull up to our driveway, get off, and go to my drivers side as we watched from the living room. When we realized what was happening we made eye contact with the person and he hopped back into his white crossover vehicle and fled right away. I think he was looking for a quick buck and our plates were out of state. Just as an FYI to always keep your door locked. The hosts are not at fault of course and it’s beyond our control so we appreciated how responsive they were in the process. We decided to stay the remaining dates and had no issues or trouble.

We had an excellent time at this home! The pool and backyard were great to enjoy. The home was conveniently near by Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square .

Great location in a quiet neighborhood but super close to lots of great entertainment and restaurants! We had zero issues during our stay and enjoyed some R&R in the pool and hot tub. The built in gas to the fire pit was nice as the ones with propane tanks always seem to be empty at a lot of other VRBOs we’ve stayed at. This was also probably to most thoughtfully and well-stocked place we’ve rented, too. Owner was super responsive and kind. Wish we were still there!

Check-in was easy and instructions were provided ahead of time as promised. The kitchen was stocked with the basic essentials, which was helpful. The location of the property was convenient to the mall as well as a variety of food places. The listing photos is exactly what the property looks like.While I appreciate the open communication from the host, I wasn’t expecting to hear from them everyday of my stay. Then on the 3rd day the property manager shows up saying they needed to check the AC. A notice was sent to me shortly before the person arrived, but I’m on vacation so I’m not checking notifications from the property manger regarding a pop up. The other piece of that is, I didn’t understand why the AC wasn’t checked prior to our arrival if it was truly needed. The fan in the primary bathroom put off an odor when I initially turned it on, so we didn’t use it at all. With the light and fan being on one switch we didn’t have a light. I did make them aware & also stated no need to address the issues, as it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t need anyone to come by. That didn’t work, they just found another reason to come by property. All the cabinets appeared to have some sort of water damage to them which was a little odd. Overall our stay was decent.
