Location was good 5-10 minutes to the centre of fanabe and the beach , apartment itself was a good size and had everything you would need even an ironing board and iron ,host were also lovely when we met them .

Road noise , music form the bar downstairs might bother some people if they wanted an early night , resort itself mare verde was looking slightly tired and only had a few parasols dotted about .

The apartment was set out beautifully with a fully fitted kitchen and all utensils, plenty of towels and washing facilities. Plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. With two balconies, the apartment overlooks a restaurant below that has live music on in the evenings until around midnight… Great for us as we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. Definitely recommend the food at the restaurant as well, we ate here twice and it was delicious. The location was exceptional. Central to the beach and restaurants and entertainment. The complex had a few gorgeous pools so plenty of places to chill out if we didn’t actually want to go out. Gloria, our host was extremely helpful as well. We would absolutely recommend this property and will stay again!

No negatives about the property, I would only mention that the music downstairs is on until midnight, so if you’re an early to bed type of person you can hear it softly in the apartment until it stops.

Location: 10 mins walk to beach, fabulous bar/restaurant underneath complex La Flaca, few shops within a few minutes walk. Apartment: Fresh, clean, modern, spacious, smelt lovely, well equipped and homely. We had a fabulous short stay and would love to return. The hosts communicated perfectly and were so helpful. Thank you so much x
