Lesbury lodge was conveniently located, it was very cosy and having a hot tub was a great facility especially after our walks. Sue the owner was quick to respond to any questions,. We had a lovely meal at the coach pub just a couple a minutes walk away. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sue for sharing the lodge.
On some occasions the hot water wasn’t particularly hot, but once we messaged Sue she boosted the water and solved the problem. No box in fridge for ice cubes to have with G and T we had taken with us.

The property was perfect for 2 people and a dog! Had everything we needed, sky tv, shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable! The location of Lesbury was perfect for walking or driving to different destinations and the hot tub was a very nice bonus!
Nothing it was perfect

Very old bed, but comfortable.
The property was very small, bedroom had an extremely bad damp smell, shower powerful but needs attention as it has a mind of its own, turned itself back on after being turned off.
Kitchen utensils and equipment need a thorough clean as all very greasy, did not use😡. Lastly the hot tub does not compensate for all the faults. Hottub was luke warm the second night and after spending time with the owner on the phone to try rectify the problem, was asked to use it on the morning of our departure instead. Not good.
