Very clean room. Bed was comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. Manager of the location let us check in early which was greatly appreciated since we didn’t get much sleep on our 8hr flight.
We loved everything.

Great location . Riccardo was a fabulous host and very helpful . The apartment had everything we needed and even a small kitchenette.

The location and view from the room deck and rooftop deck was beyond excellent!
Sewer gas! Apparently they bathroom does not have traps on the drains; the shower and tub for sure - not sure about the commode or bidet. So the room smelled like a sewerage plant which they tried to cover up with a vanilla candle; which made it worse. They finally "fixed it" after the 2nd day. So we had to sleep with the windows and sliding door open and since it's across from the Duomo, and there are bars in the area; sleeping was challenging to not possible. Bring ear plugs! ....and nose plugs!
