Appartement très fonctionnel et extrêmement proche de la mer et du centre ville. Hôte très arrangeante, disponible et vraiment gentille avec qui nous avons apprécié échanger. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce super appartement merci beaucoup

It was a great location. My partner has mobility issues and is often very difficult to find a location that is walkable and has benches available for resting. Near by we had a place that made fresh pasta, had some prep foods ,bread and deli items. An excellent vegetarian restaurant (a bit pricier), wonderful gelateria/ coffe shop. 3 short blocks from the beach and a short walk to old town on the other direction . Also near by a vegetable/ fruit store and a butcher shop. The place has 3 small steps down from ground floor and one step up for the large bath. It has a tub with hand held shower. Luckily the tub is low, so, easy to enter and exit. Anti slip mat provided The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. I did appreciate the stainless cookware. The host was very kind and offered to get us from/to the station since my partner needed some assistance. Also gave us good recommendations and info about the area. The apartment is super clean , organized and free of nick nacks. The 2 bedrooms are quiet and can be darkened at night. We slept well We are considering this apartment for a future ( longer) stay

Having a regular shower would have fit our needs better, but the tub was low and we managed just fine.

Nice apartment on the ground floor, spacious, very clean and well equipped. The host is extremely kind and welcoming. Close to the beach, to the railway station and to the historical city centre of Fano.
