The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again.
In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding.
One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure about variations where different milk (e.g. oat milk, soy milk, etc.) were mentioned.

We cannot fault this hotel at all. The rooms were stunning and had everything in them. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were so helpful and appeared genuine when offering help. We loved our 2 night stay and would highly recommend the hotel
