The location is great and directly on the beach. Not too far from Surf City. The home was clean upon arrival. My kids really enjoyed the Xbox. While it didn’t impact our stay, I would suggest replacing items in the home that have visible wear and tear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Another fantastic stay- our second at this beach front property. The location can’t be beat and the house was clean and well equipped. The move in process is simple and management team is great!!
We will be back soon!

Overall the property was great. A couple.minor inconveniences but the poperty .anager was on top of it. Topsail is a quiet little place and it was our first time there. Not a ton to do but quiet. Will for sure be back!
