Single-story, non-smoking accommodation. The host's home is adjacent to the cottage; access to the owner's garden is only permitted in the owner's presence, due to the presence of a water feature. Pets are not allowed: the presence of an assistance dog at the host's home limits the possibility of cohabitation with other animals; if Team's happens to visit you, you must prevent it from entering the cottage and not feed it, as Golden Retrievers are greedy; however, cuddles are welcome! Parking is only permitted on the property if there is disabled access; maneuvering is still difficult. The cottage, which is entirely on one level, has been adapted to accommodate a person with reduced mobility (accessible spaces, bathroom, walk-in shower, adapted sink and toilet).
However, an 8 cm step at the entrance and the slope of the pedestrian access on the property prevent it from obtaining the Gîtes de France® Tourism & Disability label. Developed in partnership with Gîtes de France®, the price includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), and dish towels. As the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 8 kWh per day included (any excess consumption will be charged to the host on site). End-of-stay cleaning is not included and is an optional extra; whether or not the cleaning option is chosen, the tenant is expected to empty the rubbish bins, wash and put away the dishes, vacuum, give the bathrooms a basic clean, and tidy the furniture.
