This apartment has been entirely designed and furnished with guests in mind, so you can enjoy every space it has to offer.

Located on the 2nd floor of a contemporary building without an elevator, in a very quiet condominium complex.

Key drop box at the bottom of the building.

Please contact me if needed, and please do not ring the doorbell unnecessarily or disturb the peace and quiet of the building.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €10 to cover the extra cleaning required.

HOUSE RULES:

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible and that health and safety standards are maintained for everyone, we ask that you carefully review these rules.

Rental Period: This property is rented to you for a specific period specified at the time of your reservation and outlined in your rental agreement. Under no circumstances may a guest claim any right to remain on the premises beyond this period.

Additional linens are available upon request for an extra charge of €10.

For example, if you book a two-bedroom apartment, the reservation includes 1 set (1 flat sheet, 1 comforter, 2 pillowcases, 1 comforter cover) available for your stay.

➢ CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in is scheduled for the afternoon starting at 5:00 PM.
- Check-out is in the morning before 10:00 a.m.
- Cleaning must be completed on the day of departure, before the check-out deadline.

➢ EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:
- This accommodations are rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), comforters, pillows, and blankets.
- Sheets and other linens (bed sets, towels, dish towels, etc.) are included, as well as basic household supplies.
Use of the Premises:
- All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and ensure it remains clean.
- Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rental price. However, to help protect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the heat.
- All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not flush anything down the toilet.
- Be sure to lock the apartment securely whenever you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause.
- PLEASE REMEMBER TO AIR OUT THE ROOMS DURING YOUR STAY :)

➢ SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES:
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use them for their intended purpose. Noise levels, both inside and outside the property, must be kept to a minimum to respect the peace of the neighborhood. In the event of a dispute or complaint, we reserve the right to ask guests causing the disturbance to leave.
- Out of respect for the neighborhood, it is strictly prohibited to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
