We had some minor issues with the basement dead bolt and downstairs toilet. The main issue with the garburator in the upstairs kitchen. Its malfunction rendered the kitchen sink and dishwasher unusable. We were able to use the downstairs kitchen facilities to compensated which relieved pressure on maintenance staff to fix the problem prior to our departure.

The stay in Kimberly was fantastic! The unit was a wonderful place and the hosts were awesome. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and they promptly answered any questions we had. They were quite welcoming. The unit is in a gorgeous spot, with some incredible golf courses all within a 30 minute drive. The hosts and their team made the check-in and check-out process very simple and easy. I would 100% recommend this unit for larger groups!
