The property was as advertised in photos. We had a few minor things with some appliance issues. The owner was extremely quick with response times. I would have given the property a higher rating, but the front load washer was an issue that could not be resolved. The gasket was filled with mold, and even once cleaned the black mold, continued to show up in the washing of clothes and the overwhelming smell of mildew, we ended up doing our laundry at the laundromat. I feel like for the amount of money that you’re paying you should not be spending vacation time at the laundromat not to mention the extra cost. This was a 30 day stay and we were hiking and biking daily generating a fair amount of laundry. I was not receptive to the response of this is what you get with front loaders as I personally have one for 8 years with no issue. They do require wiping out and door left open for optimum maintenance. The house was in great condition otherwise and a perfect location for lots of restaurants and recreation.

This home was perfect for our two month stay in Bend. Communication with property manager was excellent.
