It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this small, family run budget hotel right in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Victor and his wife could not have been more friendly and welcoming to me. After the first night, I asked to change the room just because it was slightly noisy being on the first floor and being the first room in the hotel. Victor arranged it without any fuss whatsoever and put me on the top floor and I could not have been happier there. The hotel and my room were spotlessly clean at all times. And the location could not be better with everything on the doorstep. Including a small convenience store, an amazing coffee shop down the road GIZA and, very handily for me as I have been travelling for awhile – a launderette. Amazing value

Location in the very centre but quiet. The room small but clean and equipped with comfortable bed. There is a lift so one can easily get to upper floor. The staff is incredible kind and helpful.

It would be good to have a bottle of water or kettle in the room.

We only stayed for one night during a stopover in Ponta Delgada. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for one night. The location is great - walking distance from the main square and most importantly one street over from the best gelato in Ponta Delgada. But the thing that stands out were the owners, who went above and beyond in their hospitality. I would definitely stay there again.
