Things that I don't really likes is because the first day of my arrival, surprisingly after my dinner & back to the room and to my surprise no hot water for shower for my daughter and my wife is very mad due to no confirmation of the repair. After I spoken to the reception staff, only the maintenance come over to my room to apologize & promise the hot water will retore in 1/2 hrs, but they do compensate us with 1 day free breakfast to cover up our frustration.
