Accommodation was substandard. I would never stay there again, therefore, I would not recommend this place to stay in.

No hot water to the communal shower. The water was freezing. The contact number given was never available.

There was no complementary tea, coffee supplied in bedroom. The bed was really uncomfortable too.

Horrible!!

I didnt like anything about this property!! unsafe property with alot of safety concerns!!

Hi, we booked a one night stay for 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 children, had some struggles to even find my key as i wasn’t given any information of were it was, after contacting the owner he guided me step by step were key was, the main entrance door is always open/unlocked! had a drunk walk in while we was searching for our key, which i found very unsafe for my children and myself and my sister, eventually we got in our property, As we come from the 7 sisters hike all we wanted was a shower and bed but unfortunately that didnt happen as the first bathroom the shower door was faulty/broken which then fell on my daughter nearly missing a injury, then there was no hot water!! toilet was leaking when u flushed it!! then we come downstairs to have some food and kitchen ceiling was leaking with water, which already had water stains from previous leaks, i than started cleaning the water and then the radiator outside kitchen was leaking so the carpet was all wet and squishy when i stepped on it, i than called the owner and explained everything and he sed he would send a plumber in the morning! instead a cleaner turns up after showing him everything he goes im the cleaner!! i didnt meet the owner nor has he contacted me again after complaining about all the unsafe things in this property!! we had no hot water other than what was coming out of the faulty leaking shower!! The photos of the property did not match what we paid for!! which was quite deceiving!! i would definitely AVOID BOOKING HERE!!!
