It was really big and had all we needed, it was by the beach, lots of pools, lots of food varieties to try from, the staff were all welcoming and were very nice. They catered to our every need and monitored who we were going to out with for tours which helped us feel more protected.

Location was beautiful. There was so much variety with the food. The Amenities were excellent!
Wish more staff would speak English.

Very clean and nice
Room service took to long to answer and the food was terrible

The resort and room was lovely .
What lets it down is some of the staff and I think it’s poorly managed . We were left waiting nearly an hour and half after check in time to finally get our room.
Many staff (especially in buffet ) were very sullen and rude . Staff around lobby bar and coffee bar were excellent t though
