said to open the outside door that was red, but it had been painted black. could not reach the pull chains on the bedroom light and fan, so maintenance was to fix it, but instead just adjusted it so we could have a fan ( no light). bedspread was stained. frig opens a m the wrong direction

El suelo completamente limpio podías andar descalzo. Tenia todos los electrodomésticos que se anunciaban más dos toallas grandes y dos pequeñas. El secador una maravilla la marca, también incluían champú y gel en la ducha

La puerta no se podía cerrar por dentro lo cual nos daba inseguridad. Se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo de la calle, era como tener las ventanas abiertas, el barrio es tranquilo y no muy transitado pero cuando te tocan unos vecinos que ponen el cartel de no molestar en la puerta y son los que más molestan te cuesta dormir. Además tienen unas ventanas bastante grandes y al tocarnos en el primer piso en cuanto abrías la cortina habían 5 personas mirando. No pudimos ver la tele en 4 días porque no supimos cómo funcionaba el televisor

1. We were disappointed that no alternative or solution was presented, when we reported the sofa bed was broken. We had to sleep on the floor for the entire stay (the bedroom bed was given to my daughter due to her health circumstances). 2. In addition to the sofa bed's slat base being broken, the upholstery had cigarette burn marks and there was trash underneath it. 3. In the bedroom, it makes no sense why the wall switches always turn on the ceiling fan, while the light has to be manually turned on using the pull cord attached to the fan. The switches should operate the ceiling light, and the fan should be turned on/off using the cord attached to it. 4. In the bathroom, the toilet tank constantly leaks water. To save the planet, whenever possible we turned off the emergency water valve, opening it only when we used the toilet. 5. There are also rust stains and other cleaning issues on the bathroom fixtures. 6. The shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap are all the exact same product. 7. In the living room, some of the floor tiles are broken. 8. The apartment door handle is incomplete. 9. The kitchenware was put away before being washed, which forced me to wash everything before using it. 10. The kitchen has no cleaning detergents or kitchen towels. In every accommodation I have stayed at, there are always tablecloths or placemats for meals, various types of cleaning cloths, and detergents. We had to buy our own and improvise.
