Fantastic hostile staff, amazing breakfast and service

Run down. When I got to my room it seems the cleaning staff hadn’t finished. They left towels bunched up on the sink and there were no water bottles. And even though it’s the cheapest of their jlm locations it’s still $250 a night for a small room in high season. I had to call three times about the missing water and towels and finally a guy came with chocolate for us but no water and no towels lol. Then another guy said ohhh. And came back with our towels and water. Whatever, I need to be in that neighborhood and each time I wonder what the grand court would be like. And each time I chicken out and book the Leonardo.

We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, and a special thanks to the manager, Ibrahim, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm hospitality and generosity made us feel truly spoiled. Thank you, Ibrahim!
