The property was small, but perfect for what we were needing. It was clean, well maintained, and they provided us with two beach chairs and a wagon for transporting our things to the beach. It was perfect. We absolutely loved the beachwalk community overall and all of the amenities it provided. The Lake Michigan beach was within walking distance and provided beautiful views. We will absolutely be coming back to the beachwalk resort in the future.

It was really centrally located within the Beachwalk community. Easy walk to pool, beach hut, and the beach! Will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was good other then they gave us the wrong address of our condo when we checked In.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Beachwalk with my family for over 15 years which is why my husband and I chose Beachwalk for a quick summer getaway. The coach house was perfect size however, almost house amenities were very disappointing, especially for the price. There was no dishwasher so almost every utensil and plate we used had food residue on it from previous renters, the wagon was filthy and barely worked, only one burner of the grill worked and the mattress we could feel the box spring it was so worn in. I will never stay at carribean crib again especially when I can stay somewhere more updated in the Beachwalk resort for similar pricing. Very disappointed
