We didn’t meet Evan but instead met his cousin Marissa who was absolutely amazing. She was super responsive and we ran into her a few times while exploring and we were always greeted with a smile. As two young women traveling it can be a bit jarring being by yourselves out the country, but she made our stay extremely comfortable. The property is well maintained and located in a great area with lots of food options and easy access to popular attractions. Everything worked great in the property from the AC to the hot water, and there were no issues. We went up to the pool which was clean and also well maintained. We didn’t cook in the property, but we did laundry which also worked great. Overall this is a great location and property for first timers in PV.

This condo unit is very spacious and with a very well equipped kitchen and has plenty of other supplies needed for a week stay. The furnishings were very comfortable and the bed comfortable. It is in a great location within the Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop common pool was not large but very nice.

Great unit in great location. Easy communication and Check-in.

Great location in Romantic Zone. You can sit on the deck and watch the whales. Perfect!
