The property, on the sound, was beautifully decorated and Amanda had all the small amenities present. The sunsets were breathtaking. Hated to leave. Hope to vacation there again.

This property has an amazing location. It was very clean and had great amenities. Plenty of games, dishes, outdoor activities, and more to entertain.

If you are looking for a place that is well equipped and well decorated and very clean and organized this is the place you want. From the great views over the sound and perfect sunsets and star gazing from the hot tub. The neighborhood and neighbors are great and I can’t forget salty and shorty the neighborhood watch dogs. Amanda is the best host you can ask for. We will definitely be coming back to this place.

The home is lovely and nicely decorated. We were grateful for a well equipped kitchen, cleanliness, and amenities. We enjoyed the games, variety of books, and game area. We were thankful for the outdoor equipment, we enjoyed the kayaks, bean bags, beach chairs and more. The hot tub was perfect for warming up after a chilly day in the bay or at the beach. We were a family of 6, utilizing the bedrooms and the pull-out sofa bed. We were aware of the sleeping arrangements, but the living room could have used one more seat so 6 of us could comfortably watch tv together at the end of the day.
