Our sleek and modern home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Ideally located just 400 metres from the beach and shops of Ouistreham, you will be a 5-minute walk from the market square and bustling shopping streets.
🚴 A cycle path is 100 metres away, running along the coast for 17 km to Caen, perfect for cycling or walking.

First floor: fitted and equipped kitchen, warm living room, a bedroom, shower room and WC.
Upstairs (accessible by a slightly steep staircase – see photos): a bedroom with two single beds, relaxation area with television.
Garage: washing machine, space to store several bicycles, possibility to park motorcycles and bicycles.
The house is fully fenced, secure for children and pets, and has a lockable gate.

You will enjoy a pleasant garden, between a superb olive tree and several palm trees, equipped with:
a round garden table (6 chairs),
