The house was everything we were hoping for. The host was quick to answer questions and rectify any (tiny) issues. The neighborhood is definitely a working class neighborhood which some other reviews mistook fo something else. Our group of 15 kids and adults loved this place. Absolutely a lovely stay!

The property was very clean, accessible to resaurants and grocery stores. Only problem we had was a utility pole had to be replaced which caused an outage from around 11:00 am until 11:45 pm, but the FPL worked diligently to repair the damage and utilities were restored. Please note there is a small issue with "sugar ants" in the kitchen, so the Combat Ant Killers need to be replaced. The pool wasn't heated and need some cleaning so we did not use the jacuzzi nor the pool.Overall it was a nice experience!

There was 11 of us, and I was a bit skeptical but showed up & was blown away by the space in the house! And the beautiful guesthouse was a pleasant surprise, especially having so many beds & its own bathroom. Not many issues, but some that we did have were addressed immediately. The hosts were amazing the entire time, super accommodating and made sure we were having a great trip. I recommend anyone to stay here!

The actual house was beautiful. The pictures inside are accurate. The neighborhood is a tough area. We did wake up to gun shots one morning. There was cat poop around the pool area and there was construction. Overall the rooms were great to stay in, would have loved to know about the neighborhood prior.
