The Cozy Cabin property is a peaceful place to relax next to the lake. Surrounded by trees, the bird-watching was enjoyable and you could be outside during a mid-summer day without getting overheated. It was also well furnished with all of the little things you could need when spending a week away from home. Our only complaint was with the strong sulfer smell of the water. It was incredibly foul when showering, doing dishes, brushing teeth, etc. The owner claimed this is "typical" and there isn't anything that can be done about it. If you are sensitive to smell, I would probably not choose this location. Despite all of the positives, we would not return due to the sulfer smell.

We loved staying at this property and would go here again. The house is right on the lake about a mile and a half down a dirt/rock road. You can fish or take out some of the kayaks on the water. We saw deer and tons of wildlife. The owner was extremely nice and they helped make our stay great.

Loved the scenic spot!

A great opportunity to enjoy the lake in a cozy cabin. All the necessary amenities for a nice stay.
