Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second stay at Harborside for some of us. The house has a great layout, is clean and well stocked. Having the canal/bay out our back door and the beach a two block walk out the front door is the best. Called maintenance for one small issue and it was resolved quickly. Our only suggestion is the house needs some safety measures added. The pool needs a handrail and the steps into pool need to be marked. Also tubs/showers need grab bars.

Beautifully decorated with ideal accommodations in the most perfect location. We will gladly be revisiting this property! Thanks for the memories!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our second stay at Harborside. The location is convenient to all areas of the island. We walked to the beach daily. We had plenty of room to gather while still being able to have some alone time if needed. We hung out at the pool and my oldest grandsons love fishing off the dock. They never caught any fish but enjoyed seeing manatee hanging in the inlet. The home was clean when we arrived. We hope to be back in 2026 or 2027.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in a wonderful location. Fully stocked kitchen and house is set up for a larger group. The only issue we had was we requested an early check in and was told they would email when the house manager went by to check if house was ready and clean. We checked in about a hr early but the house manager stopped back by to drop off an information notebook on the property and said the house was ready since noon instead of 3 that was disappointing. A few other issues blood on the upstairs linens, couch pillow had some dry blood on it to, and kitchen bathroom smelled of urine after my mother in law mopped it the smell went away.
