The house is decorated amazingly and has a wonderful garden. We felt really comfortable in the house and have no complaints. The location was perfect and we could walk into the town in seconds. I did sometimes have to wait for the host to reply for several hours if not sometimes a day. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great property with short easy walk to town and train station. Beds are very comfortable and backyard is a nice place to sit and enjoy Rye!

Excellent base to explore Rye. Quirky features. Comfortable and clean with good facilities. Lovely to have an array of outside sitting option on two very hot days! Extra treats welcome and kind. Thank you.

We loved our stay at this incredible 70s house. Helen has thought about every detail to make your stay easy and fun (including a disco staircase!). Would thoroughly recommend.
