Room 504 was absolutely amazing. We’ve been coming to Ocean City for some time now and this will be our go to for know on. When we got to the room it was so cool that they had just about everything you need. So we made sure we left a few items to add to that list. I think it’s in the perfect location for everything we enjoy. And we can’t wait till next visit.

The property had some wear and tear but was comfortable and had an excellent view of the ocean and boardwalk. Communication with management company was good.

Cozy, clean and comfortable.

Upon arriving at Decatur house the parking instructions were not very clear for tourists that are not familar with the area. We could not find our parking spot since we got in at 1am and the map to the parking lot was inside our room instead of given before. In general parking and finding the room was confusing. The coffee maker needs descaled l. We tried using it the first morning and it made 1/4 cup. We tried using the dish washer the last night since we only used coffee mugs and the dishwasher kept giving us an error code. I took a picture if owner would like it. The light outside the balcony was broken and had electrical tape on it. The bed was very firm, i would recommend a pillow top if you book this house. The location was really great though
