104 A regatta was a great little spot for my family pictures were accurate, pool was awesome and close to the beach and many activities

Location was wonderful and condo was very spacious. Only complaints were the comfort of the beds and couch. They need to be updated. Beds were very uncomfortable and the fabric of the couch was rough to sit on

Highly recommend! Great beach/ocean view, walkability to everything, and very clean. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Kind of a low budget production overall. The photos make it seem nicer than it is. Concrete chipping all over the place. Deck boards coming up in random places. In suite laundry barely worked, likely due to lack of clean venting. Seems cobbled together all around. If you’re looking for a cheap place on the beach to lay your head, this is it. But there seems to be more updated options in the immediate area for similar pricing
