Beautiful and cozy condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!
*2nd floor, must climb stairs
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The Space:
*1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very spacious condo.
*1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. *Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*No mailbox for this location
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.
10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

Emily was great! Good communication before, during and after. The location was perfect for us and the condo was easy to get to and had everything we needed for the week. Wish we could have stayed longer but definitely going to return and stay again.

Overall great and spacious, clean and comfortable. Has all necessities. Lots of parking. For lighter sleepers, grab some white noise, you might hear neighbors up above. Grocwry store 4 minutes away. Beach is pretty close, and sometimes a challenge is finding parking at the beach, but then parking at nearby plazas and walking over to beach is a breeze too. On a plus side, it's not as crowded, so I loved it!

I was a little disappointed but for the price I couldn’t complain. Condo was clean but the amenities were not so great. It was a pet friendly place so you have lower your expectations. The bed was my biggest complaint. Not a foam mattress fan and there was a light outside the bedroom that we could not block with the existing curtains that were in the bedroom. Good central location we actually walked to the beach one day. Not recommended though. Owner was nice gave us a regular coffee maker when we requested one. The check in was not good but that was Travelocity’s fault. Place needs a professional paint job and some new furniture/bed
