the property located on the main road OMR, easy access, polite staff, both Indian and continental breakfast, they surprised to provide snack and coffee in the evening hours as compliment..
Enough parking both on the ground level and basement .. over all good
As it is located on the main road, they have to improve the room acoustic. Couldn't sleep due to the vehicle movement and honking sounds.
The bathroom smelled badly, may be because of dryness or some other broken pipe. Keep the bath wet to avoid the bad smell.
The car parking space may be meant for small cars. The big cars to be parked very closely. The can improve this park marking.

The staff were extraordinary. They always treated us kindly and with care.
Food was satisfactory.
They also serve tea time snack along with Tea/coffee, which was a nice surprise.
Price was very reasonable.
We had two rooms. Both the washroom walls can do with scrubbing and cleaning. There was mold on the wash room walls. Mold has a smell, and in one room the mold was srarting to smell. So the house keeping staff need to get their act straight and clean up the walls in the shower. If this is fixed the smell of mold will also go away.
