A few problems, the kitchen tap was broken and not in its place, you couldn't flush the toilet unless you took off the lid of the basin and pressed the button, the oven was dirty, a cabinet in batroom stay in only one hinggis ,overall a 7.

Really clean and really great location. Self check in was very easy. The place itself was very nice as well. We reserved the place only a few hours before arriving and everything was still perfect.
There were only some small things I didn't like: Even with both heaters running it was still a bit cold. But it was one of the coldest days of the year outside so maybe it's not normal. Also, the stove wouldn't get hot enough to boil the water no matter how long we waited for it.

Despite other usual Bulgarian apartments, this was a newly-built building. Handheld bidet sprayer is a life-saver, thank you! Central location. Probably one of the safest streets because the neighbor next door is the Ministry of Interior with police force :) The communication with the operations team was good.
I couldn't use Wi-Fi during the weekend, disconnecting each few minutes. Bathroom is very small, shower is side-to-side with toilet bowl. Even in the end-of September (8-9 degrees at night outside) the loft was cold. Building heaters weren't working at that time, and air conditioner was not enough. Ground is covered with floor tiles, which makes feel extra cold. Carpets or slippers needed definetely.
