Bright and spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay the moment you enter. The apartment is located in the basement of the building, but thanks to the street's inclination, the dwelling would be like the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a courtyard where you can enjoy time with family. Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants, and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being in the interior part of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.



The apartment:



The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable sofa located in the bright and cosy living room. One of which has access to a spacious terrace/patio with a dining table.



The open-plan kitchen, is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included and a large dining table.



The building has an access ramp to the entrance and a concierge and then step-free access to the apartment.

Air conditioning in all facilities.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.



The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols, the schedules in the heating months will be from 1:00 PM until 11:00 PM



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process. The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment.



Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
