The house was perfect had our 2 dogs stayed here while our home 6 blocks away was being renovated. It was perfect fit large yard nice inside.

George, the property owner, was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs and requests. It is a large and comfortable house with a huge fenced back yard for our small dog. Great location for all of the Venice attractions, beaches and restaurants. George also created a very comfortable sitting area in the back yard complete with a sun shade. It also has a gas grill, wood fired pizza oven and gas griddle. We are kayakers, and the South Venice Community Association’s boat and kayak launches were only a few blocks away. And a dog beach is also very close in Venice. It is a very safe neighborhood and we met very friendly neighbors. We liked everything about it so we are renting it again for the prime winter season next year. But ut is a great house for all seasons rentals. Finallly it was recently renovated.
