Great location and easy access to the beach & dining. The condo was decent for what we paid.

The condo is very cozy! Perfect for a single mom like myself. The 40 parking fee per car was a little shocking, but we made it work elsewhere. The furniture was stained and worn, could use some updating. The 3 outside doors definitely need to be replaced, the locks worked but they were difficult to lock unlock and open. The tv in the living room needs to be replaced as mentioned in prior reviews. The pool gate is literally open to anyone who walks off the street. The perks were cold AC, huge washer an dryer, two refrigerators and I loved the short walk to the beach and pool! We enjoyed the stay!
