Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath BREEZY BEACH condo featuring a King Master Suite and a stunning OCEAN VIEW. Space-X Launches are visible from the deck. Such a unique and tranquil getaway to all the Space Coast has to offer.
*Your reservation requires a 5 day advance notice for HOA approval. Please provide your best email after booking so we can email you the specific HOA application that must be submitted for approval.
SAFETY FIRST:
We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on a cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
Here are a few highlights:
* We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
* We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and
we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
* We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
* We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
* We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning
guidelines
*Please note: The condominium’s HOA requires guests to review and sign the HOA Rules & Regulations and complete a Renter’s Packet prior to arrival. The Renter’s Packet is used to process the required background check for all applicants. There is a $60 background check fee per applicant. All forms and instructions will be provided after booking.
*The Beach/Pool is NOT easily replaceable. You will receive one key upon check-in, if the key is lost and not recoverable you will be charged $200.
***ATTENTION***
- Reservation must allow 10 days for HOA approval prior to your arrival
-All Communication must be through the chat feature of the AirBnb app.
-Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No parties or spring breakers please-this is a property for those who want to relax -not for young wild parties -set in a quiet location.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING on property
-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have a quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am nightly.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $100 for any key that`s lost and not recoverable.
-No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our House Rules
***We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:
1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don`t forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box. There is a $100 replacement cost for each key
2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.
4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.
5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.
6. Make sure all the windows are shut.
7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.
8. Have a great time at your next destination! If you enjoyed staying here, please leave a review. If there were any problems, or you have any suggestions, email me and let me know how I can improve.

We had a wonderful stay at Oceanus. Our place was very clean and had all the comforts of home. It was great to have a pool and the ocean steps away. They also had a nice sun deck when you needed the ocean breeze. We saw lots of rocket launches right from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants you can walk to and Cocoa beach a short drive away. Lauren was a fabulous host, everything was so perfect we barely needed her!

There was always a breeze on the beach and around the property. Very clam and quite. Great for a relaxing getaway.

We had a delightful stay in Satillite Beach. Condo immaculately clean, Lauren and her team responded immediately to any question. Residents very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward hopefully to next year.

I was always calling to get something fixed I think the owner whoever it is. is only interested in money. Is first time I had to pay full amount in advance. The mattress was disgustingly bad full of urine stains etc or something ,didn’t know until had to wash sheets. The washer dryer combo didn’t dry ,and took a month with my help to get it to work they even sent the factory rep out after the maintenance man couldn’t figure it out the dryer vent was totally plugged .I cleaned it out my self ,had to go get a tool to do it and I told them what they needed to get the rest out, they had the maintenance man go buy what I told them they needed he came out and finally finished it over a month later. Had to get a handle for the patio screen door to balcony to be able to even open it another few days. Front screen door would not close all the way. One day I couldn’t open it to get out I had to hit it with a hammer to get it to unlatch There was no hand rail on the wall to hold onto to get up the 13 steps to the 2nd floor I’m 82 that was scary I told them at least 4 times never got a response. And the carpet on the steps were filthy dirty . There was only a small couch that would only sit 3 people and a little roll around desk chair , they finally after more than a month a chair in a box that I put together it was terrible it leaned back so far you could hardly get out of it we just used it to lay things on .we had my son visit and he sat on the floor. No room left to wr
