Guests can access entire house except a basement garage & one basement room where things are stored
Other things to note
*** There is a large deep fish pond attached to front of house so
*** so if there are young children; they must have close supervision
*** & fish need to be fed once or more per day (a fun job)
*** There is also a goat house with a large fenced in area right out front with one donkey & 7 goats ; these animals need to be fed hay twice a day (another fun job)
(They are very friendly) ; or I could have others come & feed them
*** There are life jackets for the 4 kayaks out front
