You’ll find a cozy attic apartment in the heart of the small town of Esens, on the North Sea. Located right at the foot of St. Magnus Church, it’s only about 1 minute to the market square and the pedestrian zone.
The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2020 and features an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge rooftop terrace.
A parking space is available right outside the front door. You’ll share the entryway with the commercial unit on the first floor.
The accommodation
From the living area—which includes a kitchenette, dining area, and sofa nook—you can access (without a door) the bedroom, which has a double bed (2x2m), a desk, and closets, via a staircase leading to the so-called “loft.” There you’ll find another double bed (2x2m).
Not recommended for children under 7 years of age.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (filter), a pod coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, and all the small appliances needed for self-catering.

The first floor of the building houses office spaces and a small shop (printing service).
Only the lower entrance hallway is shared.
The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase.
