Palermo Inn Boutique Hotel

Clean efficient staff Very helpful Please be aware there are many stairs to the property with no lifts. This was not an issue for me but could be for some. The room was clean comfortable good air condition.

The staff are heroes in every sense of the word. I am humbled by their gracious hospitality and professionalism. They made my stay memorable and enjoyable. They go above and beyond and demonstrate supreme excellence. I will return.

We went with this hotel for the location, the king bed, the walk in shower, and the roominess. It did well with all of those. One thing we didn't pay attention to was that the hotel has no elevator. We ere in room 402 (which is a great room), but the last part of the steps were not regular sized steps. If you are short you will be hurting to get up them they are over sized steps. My wife and I are in our mid sixties and in good shape so it wasn't an issue, but if you are carrying a little extra weight and aren't fairly active, you might struggle.

Great staff super location and a wonderful accommodation
