Great property! We really enjoyed this home. It's very quiet and peaceful, comfortable, and had plenty space and things to do AT the house. It was also very clean and a wonderful location for our activities - Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Walnut Canyon and downtown Flagstaff. If we'd had a longer visit we'd have had many more options! It's tucked into a quiet neighborhood but everything was convenient to get to including downtown, food, gas and shopping. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Nice, quiet location. Very clean.

We had an amazing stay at this home and it was absolutely perfect for our group! We had a large group plus two dogs, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. The house was very clean, beautifully updated, and had so many great areas to hang out. We especially loved the large tables for games and gathering together. The entertainment options were a huge hit—between the pool table room, Pac-Man machine, and ping pong table in the garage, there was always something fun to do. One thing to note that wasn’t clear in the property details is that the bunk bed room is located in a separate, detached casita in the backyard. It’s super cute and well done, but worth mentioning—especially for anyone with younger kids who may prefer them to be in the main house. The location was also a big plus. It’s just about a mile from a gorgeous park with basketball courts, a skate park, and tennis/pickleball courts, and it’s super close to downtown Flagstaff, which made it easy to get out and explore. The master bedroom deserves a special mention—it’s huge and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again!

We traveled with kids, dogs, and grandparents- the perfect recipe for chaos. This house was perfect for our family and gave us a place to relax after our adventures. It was the perfect base to get to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and downtown Flagstaff. It also gave us plenty of space so everyone could unwind and be ready to go the next day. Honestly, this is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and will stay here anytime we pass through.
