Wow! What a gem!! Place was super clean. Pool was perfect for our 5 & 9 yo kids (and us adults :)). The beach is only 2-3 blocks away and beach access 89 is a straight walk. We rented a golf cart just so we wouldn’t have to lug the beach supplies back and forth kiddos. Beach area itself is fairly private, away from the stacks of beach chairs a couple miles down the road. Amy got us checked in on time even though it was a last minute booking over a holiday weekend, and she makes herself available directly if you need anything. We had an amazing stay, no issues/complaints. As advertised. I think I had read a review from someone previously that the photos didn’t do this place justice and I totally agree. Great times. Great host. Great memories. Thanks so much Amy!

This property was the perfect set up and location for our needs.

This house was perfect for our spring break trip. The house has everything we could have needed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and the backyard area are so nice. The beach is a short walk. Amy was an exceptional host!

The microwave was broke as soon as we got there. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was never repaired the televisions never worked and there are cameras mounted in the back yard situated on the pool which I am going to have a conversation with my attorney when I get home. Florida is a two party State and we were never notified about cameras at all. Just don’t think the value was there compared to other places we have stayed. Very disappointing!
