Cathy's Cove on Lake Superior is a recently redecorated, private North Shore Retreat on an idyllic section of Lake Superior Shoreline near Tofte, Minnesota. The cabin sits on 425 feet of ledge rock shoreline and is directly on the Gitchi Gami Bike Trail. You will love the small seasonal waterfall that drops 30-40 feet into the cove below, which is visible from the cabin's deck.

It was a beautiful view. Make sure to take along bug spray as it is quite a wooded area. A little hard to find bc the road marker is hidden in The trees and it comes up fast.

Needs a bigger street sign. Had a terrible time trying to find it. There is no mail box so you have to look for the blue street sign......

The view is stunning. We loved the access to the rocks and water. Cozy cabin that had everything we needed. It was a little tricky with pups in April due to mud and trying to keep feet clean. But our stay was wonderful and easy. The owners warned us about a quirk with the fireplace, which was good to know because it is very startling when it starts.
