We had a great overall stay! We did experience a bad storm that knocked out the power and caused some breaker issues, but communication was amazing and maintenance arrived quickly to help. Everything was smooth after that. A few things for future guests to note:1) Location: It's very close to Disney, but about 40 minutes from Universal.2) Middle Room: The larger bed is missing the box spring/bottom mattress component, so it sits very close to the ground. My 6-foot-long son didn't care for how low it was or the feel of the mattress.3) Bunk Bed Room: The bottom mattress was quite firm (we didn't use the top one).4) Main Bedroom: The mattress was hit-or-miss—I found it uncomfortable, but my husband said it gave him the best sleep of his life!5) Resort Fee & Clubhouse: There is a 20 plus tax resort fee due upon arrival. Also, the clubhouse is not in the same gated community as the house; it's located at a different gate.Despite the minor mattress preferences, it was a great stay for the family and we would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The complex was really quiet and we had plenty of space. The location was very close to the Walt Disney parks and resorts. Universal was close too with an approximate 30 minute drive. It was also close to other restaurants and shopping.We would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the parks and all the things around the area. I can't say enough wonderful things about the hosts. We forgot a watch there and they sent cleaning people to look for it and found it and sent it back to us. Great response and nice people! The only con I have is the bunkbeds are small. We were hoping the teen boys could have fit, however bunkbeds were for smaller kids. But still was a great experience and would deff stay here again.

I would think that the homeowner is paying HOA dues but the resort has added a $20 "resort fee" in order to get past the gates. As far as I can tell, this fee was not disclosed at time of booking. One other complaint... I don't know why property owners can't put decent mattresses into their rentals. My daughter slept on a bed that was almost on the ground because it was missing a boxspring. My bed was extremely poor quality and caused me to walk funny and in pain all the next day at Disney. Skimp on the decor items, not the mattresses.
